Acceptance of Order
our contract with the customer is accepted upon dispatch of the goods from our premises and not at the point of sale on our website. This is to allow for items being out of stock or payment/website errors.
If orders need to be cancelled before being shipped the customer must email within 24 hours of the order being placed or we accept no liability for the order being shipped. We process hundreds of orders per day and administer hundreds of emails and timings of customers sending emails to cancel can vary to dispatch time.
When purchasing Sale Clothing from us we reserve the right to dispatch an alternative design of product to the one shown in the image online. The colour/size/manufacture and type of garment will remain the same the only change may be the specific range and design of product.
Delivery Policy
We can deliver to all postcodes in England and Wales at the standard postage and packaging fee displayed. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before midday on the same working day (this is dependent on the level of stock we are holding at our central warehouse and the payment clearing with us).
For delivery North of Aberdeen, to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands please get intouch before placing your order and receive a quote for delivery.
Knocking in Service
Please note If you select to have your bat knocked in by ourselves this will add approx. 3-5 working days to your order.
Alternative / substitute items
Where it is discovered that a product you originally ordered is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute said item to an equivalent offered from a different manufacturer. We will always aim to contact you in the first instance to advise of the situation but this cannot be guaranteed prior to your order being dispatched
Goods damaged / lost in transit
Should you receive an item that is damaged in transit or that you believe is lost then you must make us aware immediately using our contact form. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim for said item(s).
Returns Policy
At Discount Cricket Outlet we try our hardest to offer the best service possible, and understand that while ordering over the internet can sometimes be a little difficult to judge sizes and colours, we try to offer a returns policy that takes this into consideration.
As a result of this we offer either an exchange (upon receipt of additional postage) or a refund of all goods purchased through Discount Cricket Outlet (except cricket bats that have been knocked in or personalised with edging tape or a face fitted), providing they are returned to us in their original packaging and have not been used, within 14 days of delivery and that we have received written notification that a return is required.
We will always deduct our postage costs (including where an order has attracted free delivery) from any refunds relating to exchanges or refunds of none faulty and or unwanted items and are sorry but we cannot refund any postage or packaging costs and charges incurred by yourself on any such returns. You may also incur additional charges for any items which are exchanged.
For postal items please ensure you complete and return the enclosed returns form with your item(s) and return them to us (recorded delivery is advisable as proof of postage).
Any refund relating to orders no longer required will be subject to a £5.99 deduction for our initial postage costs.
We are sorry but we cannot refund any postage or packaging costs and charge for any additional postage cost on exchange or refund items.
For any overseas orders that are damaged in transit and or use you must cover the cost of return postage if requested to return said item(s) to us. Please note you may also incur additional shipping charges on any replacement / repaired item(s) however the decision to waive this charge is at our discretion
Any items 'knocked in' or personalised in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.
Discount Cricket Outlet will refund and take full responsibility for any cricket equipment items that have been incorrectly despatched.
Adding anti-scuff and edging tape to a cricket bat will increase the weight from the advertised weight.
Privacy Policy
We may e-mail existing customers from time to time with new products, deals, newsletters and competitions, however you will always be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from these emails.

Special Orders:
Anything ordered in for a customer specially must be paid for fully in advance and is not exchangeable for any other stock or for a refund once the order has been placed with Discount Cricket Outlet
Faulty / Damaged goods:
Should you feel that you have received faulty goods then in the first instance please make contact with us using our contact form to advise us of the situation.
The majority of manufacturers will offer a warranty period of 6 months from the date of purchase on their products. We reserve the right to seek the opinion of the manufacturer if it isn’t an Discount Cricket Outlet manufactured item. Any decision on these matters is made at their discretion and is final.
Please note if we ask for a product(s) to be returned to us for inspection, repair or replacement then this cost must be covered by yourself.
Completion of the returns form does not guarantee qualification for return. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or every day wear and tear such as water damage caused by bats being used in wet conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When we have requested for an item to be returned please include the following:
• A copy of your original receipt or
• The order number
• The original packaging if possible.
• Your delivery address, telephone number and email address
• A brief note outlining why the items are being returned
