Delivery Information

Discount Cricket Outlet aim to dispatch all orders placed before midday on the same working day (this is dependent on the level of stock we are holding at our central warehouse and the payment clearing with us). This can however be 3-5 working days in peak periods.

International orders may be subject to import and or customs charges. Unfortunately this is not something we can advise on. Please contact your local authority for further information.

Personalisation of clothing

Please note if you add a name and or number to your order for any item this will add approximately 4-5 working days to your order.

Knocking in Service

Please note If you select to have your bat knocked in by ourselves this will add approx. 3-5 working days to your order.

Alternative / substitute items

Where it is discovered that a product you originally ordered is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute said item to an equivalent offered from a different manufacturer.  We will always aim to contact you in the first instance to advise of the situation but this cannot be guaranteed prior to your order being dispatched.

Goods damaged / lost in transit

Should you receive an item that is damaged in transit or that you believe is lost then you must make us aware immediately via phone (0113 457 6666) or email to  Failure to do so may invalidate any claim for said item(s).

Returns Information

At Discount Cricket Outlet we try our hardest to offer the best service possible, and understand that while ordering cricket equipment over the internet can sometimes be a little difficult to judge sizes and colours, we try to offer a returns policy that takes this into consideration.

As a result of this we offer either an exchange or a total refund of all goods purchased through Discount Cricket Outlet, providing they are returned to us in their original packaging and have not been used, within 14 days of purchase.

For postal items please ensure you complete and return the enclosed returns form with your item(s) and return them to us (recorded delivery is advisable as proof of postage).

We are sorry but we cannot refund any postage or packaging costs and charge for any additional postage cost on exchange or refund items.

We will not accept returns or exchanges on any items where the tags have been removed or the packaging damaged. 

Discount Cricket Outlet will refund and take full responsibility for any items that have been incorrectly despatched.

Requesting to deliver to a safe location

Our courier will always attempt delivery in the first instance to the shipping address specified when your order is placed. If a delivery is unsuccessful they will attempt to deliver this to your immediate neighbours where possible. 

You may request to leave your order in a leave safe location with UKMail directly, however if your order is left in this location and subsequently lost or damaged we will be unable to provide a replacement item(s) or refund. Choosing to have an item left in a safe location may delay the receipt of your order by at least one working day.
